Dear Clients,

My name is Eric Neo from OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd and I am an real estate salesperson with for 12 years experience in the industry.

Most of my existing supportive clients are exclusive basis and my new clients are mostly referral basis. Many of my clients have become my very close friends and even referred me to their families and friends! This joy has indeed gave me the drive to strive in my real estate career

I love the business of Real Estate and this is a profession that I have embarked on with a serious mindset. I also love upgrading my skillsets with passion, constantly learning via books and meeting up with people. I work on all types of residential properties, ranging from resale residential, new project to commercial and rentals.

I am known to be a great negotiator with wide networks. I truly enjoy meeting people from different countries, culture and background. Most of my clients have become great friends with me.

I have also helped multiple expatriates in their relocation to Singapore. This service ranging from properties viewing, shortlisting, selection of the right unit, assistance and negotiation of contractual terms, to the house key collection. I will be able to help and assist in the whole procedure.

What made you want to be a real estate salesperson?
I like to do sales because I love interacting with people. But what made me do real estate sales is the sense of satisfaction I get in helping someone find their home, something that is crucial to any person's life.
What common values do you share with you agency and your follow agency mates ?
OrangeTee values trust. Similar to the OrangeTee values, I want to build long-term and trusting relationships with clients through honesty, fairness and sincerity. We work as a team and keep our bonds strong. Co-broking to give our clients the best is what we do often!

What are you most enjoyable moments at work ?
I love the sense of satisfaction I get after successfully finding a dream home for my client. This is the greatest moment one can get.
Describe the various challenges you face at work.
Communicating! Every person has different ways of understanding. I have to adapt to different client's way of speaking and understanding. Double checking if they understood what we have communicated is a must.
What motivates you during these challenges times ?
My family. I have a small but closely bonded family. Also, my father who is hardworking is my inspiration. I would like to achieve good success like him.

My determination to get you what you need and want! I never give up. I might not be the most eloquent (to be honest, I need the help of my wife to write answer this questions!), but I am definitely one of the most hardworking salespersons around.
